About Workshop

    The goal of IEEE Russian Workshop on Power Engineering and Automation of Metallurgy Industry: Research & Practice is developing communication between young scientists engaged in research in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, energy and industrial automation as well as providing a platform for scientific discussion and exchange of experiences.

    Workshops topics:
    1. Automatic electric drive;
    2. Industrial processes control and automation;
    3. Power supply system;
    4. Power electronics.

    Languages of the workshop: English and Russian.

    The registration fee is 300 USD, for IEEE membership is 200 USD and for students and postgraduates are free of charge. The registration fee needs to be paid only upon receipt of the official invitation letter, which will be sent to the corresponding author by email. The registration fee includes the publication of one paper, plenary and technical sessions, program and coffee breaks. Registration fee does not include the visa support, travel expenses, accommodation and meals. Accommodations and all additional services are to be paid by the participants. Bank account details will be specified individually to authors of accepted papers.

    Place: Youth training and wellness center of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University (Russia, Magnitogorsk, Lake Bannoe).
